CHIRP-360 is a unique service offering from 360 Security Services (360) utilizing its ability to collect organizational incident information involving key asset categories. 360’s subject matter experts review, analyze, and manage this information to proactively create risk mitigation strategies and/or investigate incidents. It is a platform for reporting questionable activity &/or vital information for the protection of others. In the event of an emergency, always dial 911 first.

360 SECURITY SERVICES SCHOOL METHODOLOGY – LEGACY CHRISTIAN ACADEMY

360’s main operational pillars are Protection, Intelligence, and Investigations which function in a continuous cycle of improvement for Legacy Christian Academy.  These operational activities allow for the assessment of risk involving five (5) key asset categories where much of our vulnerabilities and threats exist.  These categories are what 360 refers to as our “CHIRP” model.  The CHIRP model reflects the asset categories of: Cyber, Human, Information, Reputation, and Physical assets which require protection.  360 believes in a holistic approach to securing the LCA environment based on specific needs, budget, and operational capabilities.

CHIRP-360 is meant to be a “community-based tool” inviting all concerned individuals to report anonymously. In that vein, access to the CHIRP-360 reporting tool is made public on our school website.  The expectation is that this tool will primarily be used by adults closely tied to the Legacy community.

CHIRP-360 is not intended to take the place of biblical conflict resolution, the partnering process between Legacy and its parents, or face-to-face communication with Legacy’s teachers or administration. It is rather being adopted as a proactive strategy to address and mitigate threats or vulnerabilities. Some examples include:

• Unknown individuals loitering on school property
• Vehicle in the parking lot for consecutive days
• Unlabeled packages found on the property
• Notice of tampering to building security (locks, fences, doors, etc)
• Witness to violence
• Personal threats &/or self-harm

The 360 team is comprised of professionals from various law enforcement and private sector organizations, to include: the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI); the Internal Revenue Service – Criminal Investigative Division (IRS-CI); the United States Secret Service (USSS); Computer Forensic Services (CFS), and state and local law enforcement agencies. 360 is dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment for the Legacy Christian Academy (LCA) community.
